Join our team as a Customer-Focused Head Cashier, driving exceptional service and team engagement. Ensure a positive customer experience while managing cashier operations effectively.
In the Head Cashier role, you will be pivotal in leading the cashier department's daily functions. This includes supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness, training new employees, and focusing on customer satisfaction. You'll maintain inventory levels while performing necessary cash register duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage daily cashier operations and tasks
• Supervise, train, and support cashier personnel
• Ensure the department is clean and visually appealing
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for cashier activities
• Accurately balance cash registers at shift ends
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and management capabilities

• Sociable, patient, and adaptable to change
• Team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration
• Willingness to work at least 35 hours per week
