Assistant Manager

Employment Type: Temporary contract for an approximate duration of one year.

Schedule : Full-time - Weekday and weekend

Your responsibilities as Assistant Manager:

• Ensure the day-to-day management of the store in the absence of the manager;
• Maintain a clean and welcoming checkout environment;
• Participate in the administrative management of the store (cash registers, orders, inventories, etc.);
• Train, supervise and motivate team members.

To be an Assistant manager, you need :

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) an asset;
• Two years' experience as a retail assistant manager or equivalent experience.
