Starting Pay: $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience and skill set. State Inspectors are especially welcome.

• Tire mounting, dismounting, balancing & rotation
• Oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance
• Multi‑point inspections and documenting vehicle conditions
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe
• Driving vehicles safely while obeying all traffic laws
• Picking up parts and supplies
• Transporting customers as needed
• Following all safety procedures and reporting concerns to the supervisor
• Supporting team members with assigned tasks
• Adhering to Sun Auto’s core values and company policies as outlined in the employee handbook

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Some knowledge of basic automotive systems (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Flexibility to work Saturdays, with Sundays off

• Exposure to moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, and other materials
• Variable temperatures with possible extreme heat or cold
• Use of safety goggles or other PPE may be required
• Stand up to eight hours per day, walk to various areas, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly
• Lift up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 70 pounds frequently
• Communicate with customers and shop personnel
• Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and focus
