Focus is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a high-volume, high-mix metal fabrication environment. You will lead front-line production staff, ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals, and report to the Production Superintendent.
Responsibilities include executing schedules, monitoring workflow, coaching hourly employees, coordinating with Planning, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
