As a vital member of the assembly floor, the Machine Operator I conducts set-ups and operates a variety of fabricating devices, including Roll Packs and Dolphin equipment. The operator ensures that all machine functions support downstream assembly workflows while strictly adhering to 5S and safety policies.

• Reading work orders to understand specific production requirements
• Verifying conformance to specifications using a tape measure
• Staging products in designated areas
• Identifying and recording any problems related to the product, process, or quality system
• Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition
• Performing general labor functions as required
• Following 5S and Safety policies and procedures

• Minimum of 1 year of factory-related experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to comprehend work orders
• Physical capability to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Endurance to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift
• Demonstrated ability to read and utilize measuring devices accurately
• High school diploma or equivalent
