Pay Range:

Schedule:

6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Alternating shifts)

Contract Length: 6 months

Candidate Type:
Local or Travel candidates

Requirements:
Must possess valid LVN license;
Must have at least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients - manage medication administration and treatments.
• Provide medication education and complete documentation.
• Perform computer data entry after receiving full training.
• Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies, TSH Policy and Directives, and HHSC Standards, Rules, and Directives.
