• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.

• Fluency in two or more languages; this position requires English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the store location.
• Live within 30 minutes of a home store location, with flexibility to work at multiple locations within the district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
• Required to stand for long periods to provide the best customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
