Our Client, a prominent automotive accident repair centre based in Tewkesbury, is seeking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their expanding team.

The Vehicle Paint Sprayer will play a vital role in delivering high-quality refinishing work, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's standards of excellence.

  • Working hours:

    8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30‑minute lunch break
Responsibilities
  • Prepare vehicles meticulously before painting, including masking and sanding
  • Apply spray paint using industry‑standard techniques, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Keep all tools and equipment in optimal condition to prevent hazards
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of spray‑painting technology, including paint mixing and application methods
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on product developments and improve skills
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear prescribed protective clothing
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to achieve departmental goals
  • Report any health or safety concerns promptly to management
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, with a strong eye for detail
  • Formal qualifications as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer are desirable but not essential if extensive on‑the‑job experience is demonstrated
  • ATA qualification is advantageous
  • Ability to work to precise standards and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and team‑oriented approach
  • Multitasking capabilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
