SAP Admininstrator

Fixed Term - Monthly PAID Duration : 6 Months initially, potential to extend to permanent if the candidate proves themselves within this period Working Hours : 35 per week, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day) Brief Description of the Role Manage the administration of customer order schedules (Industry) Review customer order schedules to ensure customer stock levels are correct Maintain the customer master data (account & parts database) Enter and maintain sales orders.

Manage shipping arrangements with the transport team Monitoring and tracking of inventories according to targets Liaise with production & logistics departments to ensure that material is delivered on time and in full Provide reports / data to assist management / external sales teams Be involved in all areas of commercial administration Skills and experience Previous SAP experience in a sales role particularly desirable Experience in a Steel Service Centre / Manufacturing environment advantageous Sales administration experience Confident communicator Customer service focused Excellent IT skills, particularly in the MS Office
365 applications Analytical and strategic thinking Assertive, stress resistance Qualifications Mathematics and English GCSEs Mandatory Degree (desirable) Salary Range :
