Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a well‑established property and construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a range of exciting projects, typically valued between £500k and £10m+, supporting schemes from early concept through to completion.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high‑quality professional services, including traditional PQS responsibilities and Contract Administration across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Managing projects at various stages, from inception to handover
Delivering both pre‑contract and post‑contract duties
Providing accurate cost planning, estimating and financial reporting
Undertaking Contract Administration, primarily under the JCT suite
Liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Skills & Experience Required

Proven PQS/consultancy experience
Strong knowledge of pre‑ and post‑contract Quantity Surveying duties
Good working knowledge of JCT contracts
Relevant Quantity Surveying degree (or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence
