Experienced Labourer – Residential Construction Site

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Labourer to join our team on a busy residential construction development in Tewkesbury.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site materials, maintaining an organized stores area, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the project.

• Assisting tradespeople and site management with daily tasks
• Moving materials and equipment around site
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards
• Assisting with site setup and general maintenance
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Carrying out general labouring duties as required

• Previous experience working as a Labourer on construction sites
• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Own transport beneficial but not essential
