Commercial Manager (Head of Department)

• Quantity Surveyors working for a residential developer – either national PLC or regional SME (current or previous)

Western region covering Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset

Responsible for 2 developments in Gloucestershire – both over 100 units in size.

Leading Housing Association with an excellent pipeline of work across the Western region covering Gloucestershire.

To lead the commercial and surveying functions across multiple developments, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Quantity Surveyor plays a pivotal role in cost management, procurement, and contract administration, driving financial performance and efficiency across all schemes.
