Project Quantity Surveyor (Build & Residential) Croydon (CR8) Day Rate:
Up to £450 A Respected Commercial & High End Residential contractor is looking to appoint a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across a portfolio of projects across in London & the South East, valued up to £4m. The role will be focused around managing project costs, ensuring contractual compliance, and supporting the successful delivery of multiple schemes at varying stages.

About You:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent industry experience (4 years) Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within turnkey and framework environments Good understanding of JCT & NEC contracts Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Full UK driving licence Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
