Pay: £85.00 – £100.00 per day (depending on experience)

Overview: We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with special educational needs in mainstream primary schools in Tewkesbury. Positions are available to start ASAP, depending on background checks and references.

• Support students with special educational needs in the classroom.
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and support staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse SEN requirements across different age groups.

• Experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Confidence and adaptability in working with diverse SEN needs and across different age groups.
• Previous SEN Teaching Assistant experience or relevant qualifications preferred but not essential.
