Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs?
A specialist alternative provision in Tewkesbury is seeking a motivated and resilient Psychology Graduate to support secondary-aged students who face challenges in mainstream education. This role is ideal for aspiring psychologists wanting practical experience within a relationship-focused, therapeutic learning environment.
The Role
- Support students with SEMH, behavioural needs and additional learning needs
- Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement with learning
- Build strong relationships and support reintegration pathways
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams in a small specialist setting
