Working alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral teams, you'll be part of a supportive environment where young people are encouraged to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

Supporting students in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups.

Helping young people engage with learning and achieve their individual goals.

Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviours.

Building trusted relationships that help students feel safe and supported.

Working closely with teachers, families and wider professionals to meet pupils' needs.

Supporting students' emotional wellbeing and personal development.

Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Previous experience working with children, young people or individuals with additional needs would be beneficial, although we also welcome applications from people with transferable skills and the right attitude.

Norton College is a specialist school in Tewkesbury, supporting young people aged 11–19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism and complex learning needs.
