Senior Financial Planning Executive

This isn't your typical financial services administration role.

You'll become a trusted operational partner to a number of Financial Advisers across the South, helping deliver an outstanding client experience from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing servicing. Supported by market-leading technology and AI-driven tools, you'll spend less time battling administration and more time adding real value to both advisers and clients.

Working closely with a team of Financial Advisers, you'll become an extension of their business, ensuring cases progress smoothly, clients remain informed and every interaction reflects the high standards the business is known for.

Responsibilities are likely to include:

• Supporting a portfolio of Financial Advisers across the full client journey.
• Managing client cases from instruction through to completion.
• Preparing and coordinating client documentation and recommendations.
• Liaising with clients, providers and internal teams to keep business progressing efficiently.
• Conducting product, platform and provider research where required.
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Helping identify smarter ways of working through technology, AI and continuous process improvement.
• Delivering an outstanding client experience at every stage.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being the person advisers rely upon.

You'll probably have experience within an Independent Financial Adviser, Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment and understand how to keep complex client cases moving whilst delivering exceptional service.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience supporting Financial Advisers within an FCA-regulated environment.
• Strong organisational and operational skills.
