Service Now HRSD Lead Technical Consultant
Location:
Halifax Hybrid - 2
-3 days week to office
Job Description:
• Lead the design and implementation of Service Now HRSD solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.
• Provide hands-on development expertise, creating robust and scalable Service Now configurations.
• Work closely with clients, leveraging exceptional client-facing skills to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Apply a strong appreciation of design and architecture principles to create efficient, reliable systems.
• Work closely with offshore development teams to deliver the outcomes.
• Extensive experience with Service Now HRSD module design, development, and implementation.
• Extensive experience with Service Now HRSD integration with Workday.
• Strong client-facing abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of architecture principles and how they apply to Service Now projects.
• Minimum 6 years on Service Now with 12-15 years overall experience delivering a wide range of change initiatives
Certifications:
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) HRSD
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Preferred
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM or ITOM
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
