Onsite – Tewkesbury, G

This role is a permanent night‑shift position on our Maintenance team. The technician will be responsible for the repair and preventive maintenance of hydraulic and electronic equipment that supports our advanced test and production systems.

• Deliver preventive maintenance and repair support for hydraulic, electronic, and test equipment
• Support machine tool maintenance when required
• Ensure all repairs meet internal and external audit standards, with calibrated handover to production
• Manage parts procurement and inventory for efficient, cost‑effective maintenance
• Maintain accurate risk assessments and adhere to health and safety protocols
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives across work areas

• Work on multi‑axis, closed‑loop, servo‑hydraulic and electromechanical test systems
• Be part of a collaborative, high‑performance maintenance team that values precision, reliability, and teamwork
• Resolve time‑sensitive issues under pressure, requiring strong communication and problem‑solving skills

• A vocational qualification in engineering and 5+ years experience in hydraulic, mechanical, or mechatronic roles
• Familiarity with electronic circuits and diagnostics for complex test systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Indysoft, Teamcenter, PIRANA is a plus
