Programme Manager - Transforming Care Digitally

This role is offered on a fixed term/secondment basis for 24 months. The hours are full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing digital change and transformation, including the identification, monitoring, tracking, and realisation of benefits. This role involves engaging with clinical staff to facilitate user co-design of new processes and ensuring change assurance by aligning change management functions across digital, clinical, and Trust services. The Programme Manager must ensure compliance with NHS technical standards and will have accountability for staff, including line management and professional supervision of digital change delivery staff, as well as occasional matrix management of digital portfolio project staff.

Additionally, the Programme Manager will be responsible for the identification, tracking, and realisation of financial benefits.

Main duties of the job

To provide Programme Management, ensuring the coordinated implementation of a number of projects that impact across the Trust

Resolve issues that arise as part of the programme management process, handling complex, sensitive and contentious information in an appropriate manner.

Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications for managed projects.

Produce progress and expenditure reports as required.

Prepare and present project updates and progress reviews to senior level meetings across the Trust and to other stakeholder groups as required, maintaining Programme Plans, Gantt charts and process maps
