Hours:

Monday to Thursday – Day Shift (Long weekends every week)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator to join a precision engineering company based in Tewkesbury. This is a stable, well‑paid day‑shift role working with modern CNC machinery and Fanuc controls.

The Role

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC mill/turn machines to produce high‑quality components to tight tolerances.

Duties include:

* Setting and operating CNC mill/turn machines using Fanuc controls

* Adjusting offsets and ensuring components meet specification

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Carrying out in‑process inspection using standard measuring equipment

* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

What We’re Looking For

* Strong experience with Fanuc‑controlled CNC mill/turn machines

* Confident in setting, operating, and making adjustments

* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

* Good attention to detail and a proactive approach on the shop floor

* Experience working to tight tolerances
