A renowned aerospace engineering company based in Tewkesbury is continuing to grow and is now looking to recruit a skilled CNC Miller or Mill-Turn Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-quality aerospace environment with long-term stability and progression.

CNC Miller / Mill-Turn Responsibilities:

* Setting and operating CNC milling or Mill-Turn machines

* Working on Fanuc-based controls

* Producing precision aerospace components to tight tolerances

* Working from detailed engineering drawings and specifications

* Ensuring consistent quality and adherence to aerospace standards

CNC Miller / Mill-Turn Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CNC Miller or Mill-Turn setter/operator

* Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls

* Experience with Nakamura machines highly advantageous

* Completed engineering apprenticeship desirable

* Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and machining processes

* High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
