Production Operative

Position: Production Operative (Permanent)
Production Operatives required in Tewkesbury, working within a factory environment. Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (06:30–14:30 /14:30–22:30), paying £12.25 per hour, with a temp-to-perm opportunity and immediate start with full on the job training.

The Role
Working as a Production Operative, you will be working within a busy factory environment supporting a range of production processes. The roles are varied and will involve operating automated lines and/or advanced machinery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Working on an automated/automotive production line
Operating and assisting with high-tech equipment, including CNC machines and laser imaging machinery
Running and monitoring production lines to ensure smooth operation
Handling components and materials within a factory environment
Working safely around chemicals, following strict health & safety procedures
Carrying out quality checks and addressing basic production issues
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential
A good working attitude with a strong willingness to learn
Excellent attention to detail
Strong understanding of health & safety
Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure
Comfortable working around machinery and chemicals
