Are you looking to kickstart your career in manufacturing? We're seeking a Manufacturing Operative to join our team in a hands-on role where quality, safety, and teamwork are key. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

After a basic training period, you'll be able to work with limited supervision to produce parts in line with health, safety, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

* Operating a limited number of machines safely and efficiently

* Using guards and safety switches correctly

* Locating materials and tooling

* Identifying and using correct parts and machines for production

* Handling tools safely

* Following production paperwork and procedures

* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping

* Flexibly supporting other areas of production as needed

* Adhering to all HSE requirements

📅 Shift Patterns

This role operates on a two-week rotating shift pattern of earlies and lates
