Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Tewkesbury

Electrical‑heavy FMCG engineering role | Rotating shifts | £19.89 per hour + overtime

Established in 1938, Cotteswold Dairy is one of the UK’s leading independent family‑owned dairies. We are seeking a skilled Multi‑Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our Engineering Team at our Tewkesbury site.

£19.89 per hour
Overtime paid at 1.25x after 40 hours

Standard 30 days holiday + company pension

• Week 1:
  Monday to Friday, 0600 – 1345 and Saturday, 0600 – finish (45 hours)
• Week 2:
  Monday to Friday, 1345 – 2145 (37.5 hours)

• Respond to breakdowns across production and processing equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
• Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Repair, test and recommission machinery safely
• Work to strict Health & Safety standards
• Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement

• Electrical bias (minimum 70/30 electrical to mechanical split)
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working on high‑speed / automated machinery
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Experience with in an FMCG or fast‑paced production environment

• HNC/HND/HNCD Level 4/5 in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
• City & Guilds Level 4/5 Electrical Engineering
• Equivalent job‑based engineering experience
