Salary: £16.80 – £17.50 per hour + night shift enhancement (£20.16 - £21 per hour)

Shift: Nights Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6am

Actio Recruitment Ltd are supporting a long‑established precision engineering company in Tewkesbury who are looking to add an experienced CNC Miller to their night shift team.

This is a great opportunity to join a clean, well‑organised machine shop with modern Fanuc‑controlled mills and a supportive, stable working environment.

The Role

* Setting and operating CNC milling machines

* Working with Fanuc controls (essential)

* Producing precision components to tight tolerances

* Tool setting, basic programme edits and adjustments

* Maintaining quality standards and following engineering drawings
