Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

If so, this exciting new role could be for you! Our client is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a passionate team at one of the Uk leading food manufacturers. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth running of machinery, keeping operations efficient, and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery across the site
 
* Maintenance of Low voltage electrical equipment (24-volt, single phase and three phases)
 
* Electrical fault finding on control panels and single-phase equipment
 
* Mechanical and electrical fault finding
 
* Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiencies and ensure business success
Requirements
 
* Experience of working with industrial machinery, ideally within manufacturing or similar
 
* Experience of working with automated machinery very beneficial
 
* Electrical bias – skills in both needed
 
* Ability to find fault and resolve issues
 
* Opportunity for career development and upskilling

Hours:

The role has a two-week rotating rota:
Week 1:
Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm and Saturday, 6am - 2pm
Week 2:
Monday to Friday, 13.45pm – 9.45pm.
Benefits and Package
Salary - £38,000 - £41,300
 
* Holidays 22 days + 8 bank holidays
 
* Pension Plan – Up to 4% from Employee and 4% from Employer
