Are you an experienced CNC Setter / Operator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that genuinely invests in its people and technology? Our client, a well-established and growing engineering manufacturer in Tewkesbury is expanding due to continued success and investment. As a result, they are looking to hire a CNC professional.

As a CNC Setter / Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Setting and operating CNC lathes or CNC milling machines (Haas)
Running manual milling machines alongside CNC equipment
Loading and proving programs using single block mode
Inspecting components using measuring equipment to ensure quality standards
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives as the business introduces new processes and a new ERP system
Maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency
We’d love to hear from candidates who have:

Experience setting and operating CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines
Ability to operate manual milling machines
Experience loading programs and running machines in single block mode
Confidence using measuring and inspection equipment
A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn
Programming experience (desirable but not essential)
Haas machine experience (preferred but full training provided)
