Job Description:
Source Co are proud to work in partnership with an established Tewkesbury based company who is need of new staff to join their growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver.
Job Title Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Pay rates £13.63 per hour (increasing to £14ph after training)
Start date Immediate
Location Tewkesbury
Job Type Temp-Perm
Shift
Weekdays: 0400, 0500, 0600, 0700, 0800, 0900
Saturday: 0400, 0500, 0600, 0700
Additional Information: Operatives need to be able to commit to all shifts. Shifts do not follow regular pattern: will not be one week of earlies, one week of lates, but subject to production needs.
Please note you will be working in cold storage with the temperature being between 2-6 degrees.
What does the Counterbalance Forklift Driver role involve?
Loading and unloading goods using the Counterbalance forklift truck
Picking crates/boxes of milk, cream, butter, yoghurt or cheese
Getting orders from the printer
Placing all items on pallets
Shrink wrap order and move to loading area
Following Health and Safety rules
Lifting items up to 14kg
Any other duties required

Minimum experience, training or qualifications required:
Counterbalance Licence
Ability to work as a team
Ability to work under pressure and hitting deadlines
Physically fit
