Our client is a leading menswear retailer with stores across the UK and over 75 years of operation. They are expanding and seeking an experienced Store Manager for a new menswear store opened at Cotswolds Designer Outlet.

This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established yet growing company in a managerial position. A dynamic individual is sought to assist the Store Manager in managing the store and team, organising staff rotas, overseeing sales and customer service, merchandising stock, and operating the till and card machine.

Salary / Benefits:

• Starting £28.5K basic plus excellent bonus and commission.

Hours:

• 40 hours per week between store opening times. More hours may be required from time to time to cover staff shortages or busy periods.
