Field Sales Executive

Pure Staff Ltd are currently looking for a Field Sales Executive to join the Tewkesbury team. Our client is one of the UK's leading independent family-owned dairies.

This is a customer-facing sales role where your confidence, enthusiasm, and ability to engage with people will directly contribute to our growth and success.

• Travel to targeted communities to promote our popular doorstep milk and dairy delivery service
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating our company values and story
• Engage with potential customers, explaining our range of fresh, local dairy products
• Recognise objections and overcome them with a positive, professional approach
• Collect new customer details and liaise with internal departments for processing
• Travel to and from target locations to support community growth
• Work to weekly sales targets with unlimited earning potential

• Full UK driving license and own vehicle
• DBS check required (supported by the company)
• Previous sales experience desirable but not essential
• Comfortable approaching and talking to new people

37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 19:00 (includes travel time).

£13.46 - £14.42 per hour depending on experience.
