About the Role

The Service Advisor role is a cornerstone of our Dealership operations, serving as the vital link between our customers and the workshop. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by managing relationships, facilitating efficient bookings and delivering outstanding service.

This dynamic role requires excellent interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills, alongside a passion for customer service and teamwork. You will also have the opportunity to drive additional product and service sales, enhancing both customer satisfaction and dealership performance.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an exceptional individual with at least 2 years of customer service and telephone experience. While experience in the Motor Industry is preferred, it is not essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSI):
    Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations to achieve customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer national average.
  • Product Sales:
    Actively promote ancillary products to meet daily targets set by your manager.
  • Upselling:
    Explain and promote the value of additional services to customers, maximising profit while maintaining trust.
  • Data Quality:
    Accurately collect and manage customer and vehicle data to maintain a high-quality database.
