Pro Cook is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to become part of our talented team. If you have a knack for customer service and a love for all things cooking, this is the perfect role for you!

This is a part-time 18hrs/day role based in our new Cotswold Designer Outlet Store.

• Welcome customers and assist them in finding the right kitchenware for their needs
• Share your product knowledge and skills to enhance customer experience
• Drive sales through excellent service and engagement
• Help maintain an inviting and well-organized store environment
• Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and improve customer satisfaction

• A passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Previous experience in retail or a similar role is a plus
• A friendly and approachable attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A willingness to learn about our products and engage with customers enthusiastically

• Salary is £12.60 per hour
