Customer Sales Advisor - Contract Catering £27,930 basic salary  bonus  benefits Permanent / Full time On-siye Tamworth An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful Customer Sales Team within a fast-paced office environment. You'll manage a portfolio of customers within the Contract Catering sector, delivering excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales. Why should I apply? Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare quotations and identify opportunities to increase sales. Maintain accurate customer and system information. Manage back orders and communicate updates to customers. Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads. Work towards agreed KPIs and sales targets. Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Support wider sales teams with tenders, product sourcing and matching.

Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times. About You Previous customer service or sales experience. Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office. Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively. Positive, proactive and commercially minded.

Able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience within catering equipment or a related industry would be advantageous but is not essential. What's in It for You?
