Finishing Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Finishing Foreman to oversee the final stages of construction works on site. You will ensure all finishing trades deliver high-quality workmanship, maintain programme deadlines, and achieve a polished, snag-free handover.

• Supervise all finishing trades including joinery, plastering, decorating, flooring, and final fix.
• Drive the completion of snagging works, maintaining an up-to-date snag list.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure all works meet required standards and specifications.
• Monitor progress against programme and report issues to the Site/Project Manager.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Resolve on-site problems promptly to avoid delays in handover.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well‑organised finishing environment.

• Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman / Finishing Supervisor in construction.
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain productivity on site.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident in reading drawings and understanding project specifications.
• CSCS card essential; SSSTS/SMSTS desirable.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
