Job Title: Signage Installer (Temp to Perm)

Location: Tewkesbury – with travel around the UK

Pay Rate: £14.25 – £16.50 per hour

Overtime / Antisocial

Hours:

£21.37 – £24.75 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours guaranteed per week, up to 50–60 hours per week with overtime available

Start Date: Immediate

We are recruiting for a Signage Installer to join a growing team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. This is a hands‑on role suited to individuals with a trade background and a flexible approach to working hours.

• Installation of signage across various sites
• Working a mix of day and night shifts (average 3 nights away per week, mainly Sunday‑Thursday)
• Occasional weekend work (average 2 Sundays per month, flexible)
• Ensuring high standards of safety and quality on all installations
• Representing the company professionally on client sites

• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
• Valid CSCS card (in date)
• IPAF certification beneficial but not essential
• Trade background preferred (e.g. carpenter, electrician, plumber)
• Comfort with travel and overnight stays
• Flexible to work unsociable hours when required

• Overtime paid at time and a half after 10 PM, before 5 AM, and on weekends
• All travel time, hotel accommodation, and £15 food expenses covered
