Penten Amio UK is seeking a technically hands-on Software Engineering Leader in Tewkesbury. Approximately 70% of time will be spent writing real-time C code and guiding an engineering team, with the remaining 30% on line management, mentoring and setting technical direction.
You will design and review production-quality software, drive CI/CD and secure development practices, and coach a team of around eight engineers to deliver high-quality solutions for defence and security markets.
