Production Operative

Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week, 5 shifts Monday-Saturday
Shift patterns: 07:00-16:30 / 09:00-18:30
Saturday shift: 07:00-16:00
Location: Tewkesbury (near M5 Junction
9)
Overtime: Paid at 1.25x after 40 hours

About the Role

We're looking for a Warehouse Picker & Packer to join a growing team in a modern chilled warehouse environment. This role is key to ensuring accurate and efficient order preparation for nationwide delivery.

You'll be working with the latest electric LLOP/PPT equipment to pick and pack products with precision and speed, supporting smooth operations from stock management to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and rotate stock accurately for customer orders
• Replenish stock and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Load and secure orders for dispatch
• Operate PPT/LLOP equipment (training provided)
• Work collaboratively as part of a warehouse team

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Flexible with shifts and reliable transport to Tewkesbury
• Previous warehouse or FMCG experience is helpful but not essential
• PPT/LLOP licence is a bonus (training available)
