Warehouse Picker and Packer

Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (shift-based)
Pay Rate: 12.80 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

We're looking for an energetic and reliable Chilled Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Tewkesbury. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork.

You'll be working in a chilled environment, helping to pick and prepare customer orders, load delivery vehicles, and keep everything running smoothly. It's a physical but rewarding role, perfect for someone who likes to stay active and get the job done.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Rotate and replenish stock to maintain freshness and availability.

• Load vehicles safely, ensuring orders are secured for transport.

• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe at all times.

• Follow all health & safety procedures and report any issues.

• Work closely with colleagues across departments to meet deadlines.

• Take on any other tasks as needed to support the team.

• Great attention to detail and strong organisation skills.

• A positive, can-do attitude with good communication skills.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable with physical work and working in a chilled environment.

• Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to work shifts and Saturdays.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, chilled, or food production environment.

• Knowledge of safe working practices.

• A forklift licence would be a bonus.
