YourImpact
Experience in performing roadway and/or traffic design, and the ability to develop solutions for a range of transportation problems and needs. You will coordinate with project staff, other disciplines, sub-consultants, clients, and reviewers to ensure accuracy and quality of work. You will manage and maintain project documentation, including meeting project schedules, budgets, and scope.
Who You Are- Minimum of B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer required
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in roadway design and plan preparation on transportation projects
- Experience using AutoCAD (and/or Micro Station) and familiarity with the Green Book and other key transportation-related guides and standards
- Experience in design in accordance with state transportation agencies’ guidelines and procedures is preferred
- Excellent writing and speaking skills are essential for preparing study and design reports for clients, interacting with internal project teams, state agencies, municipal review boards and clients, and assisting in proposals
