What You Will DoAs a Logistics Analyst, you will play a key role in managing Patriot Field Reports (PFRs) and Field Bulletins (FB). You will receive, respond to, and coordinate field inquiries, assist with the Logistics Change Investigation Board (LCIB), and communicate PFR responses to field locations and designated areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide field support to technical operations.
- Coordinate and track receipt, response, or issuance of PFRs and field inquiries.
- Act as focal communication between field facilities, field engineering, manufacturing, engineering and logistics support to resolve field problems.
- Document the change authority for each PFR, including Investigation Requests (IR), Software Investigation Requests (SIR), Logistics Investigation Requests (LIRs), Field Bulletins (FB), Change Notices and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
- Coordinate Patriot Field Bulletins and disseminate information to designated Raytheon personnel and Government Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) for official distribution.
- Review PFR documentation and identify issues and concerns presented by field personnel.
- Provide management and technical oversight of the PFR/FB processing through the system.
- This position is based at Raytheon’s Tewksbury, MA facility.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of Missile System Product Lines such as Patriot and of major end items with a general understanding of Life Cycle Engineering.
- Ability to review and understand Technical Data Packages and general Product Data Management (PDM).
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication, organization, and investigation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver accurate documentation under deadlines.
- Salary range: $82,000 – $164,000 USD.
