• Develop concepts of operations for radar systems
• Design radar processing algorithms and software requirements
• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data
• Develop analysis tools to support problem identification and resolution
• Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to implement solutions
• Present findings and solutions to leadership and customers

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience
• Active Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance
• U.S. citizenship
• Experience with MATLAB/Python and radar system software architecture

• Design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures
• Signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments
• Radar system areas: antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi‑sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation, electronic attack/protect, sensor resource management, mission planning
• Requirements development experience, including use of DOORS
• Technical writing and oral presentation skills
• Master’s/PhD in a STEM field

Salary range: $124,000 – $250,000 USD (good‑faith estimate).
