- Develop concepts of operations for radar systems
- Design radar processing algorithms and software requirements
- Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data
- Develop analysis tools to support problem identification and resolution
- Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to implement solutions
- Present findings and solutions to leadership and customers
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience
- Active Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Experience with MATLAB/Python and radar system software architecture
- Design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures
- Signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments
- Radar system areas: antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi‑sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation, electronic attack/protect, sensor resource management, mission planning
- Requirements development experience, including use of DOORS
- Technical writing and oral presentation skills
- Master’s/PhD in a STEM field
Salary range: $124,000 – $250,000 USD (good‑faith estimate).
