Location: Tewksbury, MA (other onsite locations: Tucson, AZ, McKinney, TX, St. Petersburg, FL). Relocation assistance not offered.

Summary: Lead cost control, EVMS compliance, and execution of the existing backlog. Provide business capture support with potential ~$5B opportunity. Manage a finance team of 1–2 professionals and collaborate closely with Program Directors, Program Managers, Technical teams, and external customers to align financial strategy and objectives.
What You Will Do- Manage multiple contracts and programs across different customers.
- Implement Internal Controls & EVM policy 10255.
- Execute Earned Value Management.
- Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
- Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, and other reporting activities.
- Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Completion.
- Prepare manpower reports to support Global Patriot and LADS level staffing demand reviews.
- Support monthly forecast/close process and proposal development.
- Develop long‑range and annual operating plans.
- Analyze foreign currency and bank hedging.
- Reconcile invoices with Joint Venture and Landed Company partners.
- Execute Business Capture strategy and proposal generation (Gate 3 &
4).
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field with a minimum of 5 years finance experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years experience.
- Experience with Program costs and/or schedules.
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Experience with Raytheon business systems (SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar).
- Experience with Estimates at Completion (EACs), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Proposals.
- Ability to communicate with international partners where English is a second language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all management levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and drive process improvement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Salary range: $82,000 – $164,000 USD. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Eligibility and details vary by business unit and applicable agreements.
