Summary: We are seeking a Senior Manager to serve as the Program Integrator for Naval Radars, reporting to the Naval Radars Executive Director. The role will integrate strategy, communications, planning, continuous improvement, and execution discipline across the portfolio.
What You Will Do- Work closely with the Executive Director, Program Area Directors, and functional leaders to integrate strategy, communications, planning, continuous improvement, and execution discipline across the portfolio.
- Lead internal and external portfolio communication and reporting cadence, continuity, and content coordination.
- Lead portfolio investment planning, budget, and reporting including capacity, capital, and IRAD.
- Responsible for portfolio CORE and Improvement Target initiatives.
- Responsible for the implementation of the RTX Lifecycle Program Management across the portfolio.
- Display strong oral and written communication and presentation skills with senior leadership and external customers.
- Influence actions and change management across the cross‑functional portfolio.
- Travel for select customers and business engagements (up to 10%).
- Raytheon and RTX business acumen.
- SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities among programs, and deliverables.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
- Prior leadership/management experience.
- Prior program/project management experience.
- Prior experience working cross‑functionally (e.g., engineering, quality, finance).
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communications skills.
- Well‑organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Program Management Level 6 Certification or equivalent.
- Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Experience with development and production programs.
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs.
- Experience with business and/or program management tools or systems.
- Experience with Foreign Military Sales, ITAR regulations, export/import licensing requirements.
- General understanding of advanced radar programs.
- Demonstrated success creating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, and peers.
- Salary range: $124,000 – $250,000 USD.
