Pay rate is $25-$35, depending on experience

As a Lawn Care Technician at Mainely Grass, you will be on the front line of our business, providing best-in-class Lawn Care services to our residential and commercial customers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Apply fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides using cutting‑edge methods
• Conduct thorough inspections of lawns, diagnosing issues, and providing insightful education to customers
• Safely operate lawn application equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service by focusing on the details and communicating issues to customers
• Build strong relationships with customers through face‑to‑face interactions, attending to their property
• Continued learning and professional development opportunities

State Applicators License is required! The more experience you have, the more you will make!

• State Applicators License is required
• Valid Driver's License in good standing
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift/carry 50 lb. bags of product
