Associate DVM

Job Title: Veterinarian (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Location: Tewksbury, Massachusetts

About the Role:

Looking for a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join their growing team. This role offers flexible scheduling (34 days/week), no on-call or emergency shifts, and the support of an experienced team of technicians and assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning

• Conduct routine and complex surgical procedures (spay/neuter, dental, soft tissue, etc.)

• Communicate clearly with pet owners and the medical team

• Maintain medical records with attention to detail

• Participate in collaborative case reviews and staff development

Tools & Tech:

• Digital radiology (including dental)

• Ultrasound

• Therapy laser

• Full in-house laboratory

• EMR system (cloud-based, paperless workflow)

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree

• Valid license to practice in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain one)

• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills

• A passion for animal care and a desire to grow clinically and professionally

• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
