• Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Provide a friendly and engaging bar experience for both staff and customers.
• Support servers by delivering high quality drinks quickly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including washing hands and wearing protective coverings.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen efficiently.

• At least 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective verbal communication skills with staff and guests.
• Commitment to making a positive impact in the customer experience.
• Ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours per shift.
• Capacity to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Applebee's® Bartenders start at $6.75 PLUS tips. Compensation is competitive and includes healthcare benefits, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and a great career path. Daily Pay is available except in California.

Must remain stationary and exhibit well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift, depending on business flow. Must speak clearly, listen attentively, and wear protective hand covers, face coverings or masks, and protective equipment throughout the shift.

Must wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
