Haffner’s is seeking a Station Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Station Manager in Training is pivotal in implementing the company’s policies, procedures, and commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction. Works closely with store employees to ensure daily routine and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policy.

- Serve as a positive role model for fellow employees.
- Complete daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company procedures.
- Train new employees according to company guidelines.
- Resolve all customer concerns, complaints or requests in a timely manner and report customer feedback and actions to the District Manager.
- Complete and delegate shift duties to keep store conditions in accordance with company expectations.
- Assist employees in following up on daily shift duties.
- Lead and motivate employees to be productive members of the store team.
Salary based on experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications. Minimum opportunity: $18.00-$25.00 per hour.
