Energy North Group (Haffner’s) is looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable individual to lead our car wash team.

Full-time employment.

Hourly salary range: $19.00–$25.00 per hour. Eligible for up to a $300 sign‑on bonus.

• Train and supervise staff
• Identify and resolve customer concerns and complaints
• Lead the team and ensure consistent execution of company programs and procedures
• Ensure all attendants are trained in car wash quality issues, customer damage claims, and Car Wash Club plans
• Collaborate with the Car Wash Maintenance team to maintain and repair equipment
• Communicate and enforce compliance with company policies and safety procedures, including chemical handling
