• Perform requirements analysis to define software features and functionality in alignment with system needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain non‑real‑time diagnostic software for Patriot system maintenance.
• Execute and document software testing—including unit, integration, and validation—to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Document software designs, development processes, and test results for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with software development standards, security protocols, and industry regulations.
• Travel and off‑hours testing (2nd or 3rd shift) may occasionally be required.

• Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience unless prohibited by local law.
• Experience in requirements analysis, software design, coding, testing, and integration.
• Proficiency in Ada, C/C++, Java, or another object‑oriented programming language.
• Experience with Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop testing in a lab environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an interim Secret U.S. security clearance prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries.
• Experience with Agile, Git, Jenkins, and other software development tools and methodologies.
• Experience with radar systems or similar complex systems.
• Experience with software integration in complex systems.
• Experience with diagnostic software, predictive maintenance techniques, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly in data analysis and algorithm development.
